I've spent a great deal of time working for change in students unions and else where. My Doctoral thesis is on the topic of process improvement. Of late I've spent much of my time working to improve things for societies. Prior to this I spent two years tackling the Postgrad problem, i.e. the lack of representation for postgraduates that make up a third of all our students. And before that there was Jarvis. I've taken the lead when it was too hard for others. I've got things done. I want to make it easier for other students to make a difference to LUSU, Lancaster University and the region.
